I read a novel “This is what it means to say Phoenix, Arizona”. There are two characters, Victor and Thomas. They make really good examples on how they became friends.
The adventure starts when Victors father left him. When Victor grew-up, he found out that his father died in Phoenix, Arizona. He wanted to go to Phoenix, Arizona but he needed help. A person named Thomas offered his help because Victor didn’t have money. Victor seemed very series and was in a bad mood. Thomas tells a lot of fantasy and true stories mostly about Victors father. Victor hears it but he gets mad and he wants Thomas to say quiet while taking the trip in the bus. Victor is pretending to not listen to him. Still, he doesn’t know nothing about his father until other people; for example, Victor’s mom tells a story about his father. After the accident, he ran as fast as he could at night till morning. He was tired but still have to get a move on. Then he remembered that his father rescued Victor after hearing a lot of stories. When they arrived in Phoenix, Arizona, he said that his father was a really good dad. Then Victor takes the photo album and a stereo. Later, Victor finished his job. THen they become good friends for surviving the long trip and had good times.
