People can have a dream to win the lottery. How can it be achieved? Just to get the winning numbers? Does it mean good luck? Thats used to be my dream back since I was a kid.
My new dream (instead of thinking the lottery) was joining the baseball team. Any High School team will be cool. So im here @ Hoover High School. Did you know it was my lost dream? First I went to the try-outs two years in a row. I didn’t make it because back in my freshmen year, I had good grades but not a lot of pitching and hitting skills. In my sophomore year, I have less than a 2.0 GPA but good hitting and defense. Now I wasted two years of nothing. SO I decided to make some changes. I decided to be a pitcher, no not pitching fastballs. Make the ball break. During the summer, I learned new grips for example, curve ball, slider, split-finger fastball, splitter, sinker, knuckleball, palmball, 2-sean fastball, cutter, and im still working on the eephus. Its all thanks from the pros like Greg Maddux, Jake Peavy, Josh Beckett, Heath Bell, Roger Clemens, and so on…I always dream to become one of them. Now that im a junior, it feels like its my year to join the baseball team. Hopefully Varsity. So im working on my grades and baseball skills.
